a. Long Nose: after a couple cycles of breathing, start to imagine your nose slowly growing further & further out away from your face - like a old antenna, trying to pick up new frequencies
b. Head Energy: when you find yourself pausing in between the breathing cycles w/ your eyes closed, make small circular motions with the torso of your body & imagine a beam of energy coming from the top of your head, going all the way up towards the sky
c. East to West: while your hands are cupped together in your lap, with your torso, begin to make a slight sway/rocking motion from east to west, eventually you will realize you developed a slight wobble, much like the natural rotation of the planet earth & the wobble will start to resemble the shape of an eye
